   | Dr. Wolf-Dieter Klemt – Chairman | Since January 2005 Dr. Wolf-Dieter Klemt is chairman of the supervisory board of the inubit AG. As founding partner and director of the IVU-Gesellschaft für Informatik, Verkehrs- und Umweltplanung mbH, Berlin, he was, since the end of the seventies, significantly responsible for the development and introduction of software systems for traffic and transport logistics. Along with new technologies further focuses were added like conceptual development and employment of standard telematics products for the public and private transport as well as the opening of international markets.
Numerous abroad projects in the fields of transport logistics and traffic planning in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia add to his experience. In the year 2000 he successfully went public with the IVU Traffic Technologies AG und led the company as Chief of Marketing, Sales, and Communication and as operational head of the logistics department.
At present Dr. Klemt operates as independent consultant especially in the field of solutions for logistic and telematic problems and overall in international business development as well as in management coaching. Thanks to his economical and technological know-how he brings along new ideas for further development and constant growth of the inubit AG as chairman of the supervisory board.
| | Further members of the inubit Supervisory board | Karsten Heasen Ventegis Capital AG Karsten Heasen, graduate economist, belongs to the executive board of the Ventegis Capital AG since May, 1st, 2001. He has more than 15 years experience in the field of corporate financing. Before working with the Ventegis Capital AG, he was as project manager in the domain of Corporate Finance at the Berliner Effektenbank AG (today quirin bank AG) responsible for numerous listings on the stock exchange and other equity financing. Beforehand Karsten Heasen was seven years in charge of corporate clients in the field of company and institutions at the Deutsche Bank. Since June 2005 Mr. Haesen is additionally member of the managing board of the Berliner Effektengesellschaft AG and officiates three more companies mandates in supervisory boards.
| Stefan Lemper AURELIA PRIVATE EQUITY Stefan Lemper is as a partner at the AURELIA PRIVATE EQUTIY responsible for the department software and information technologies. Before coming to AURELIA, he worked several years in the same field at the TFG Venture Capital Gruppe. As entrepreneur he was working operationally and accounted, as co-founder of a software and consulting start-up, for the departments finances and business development. Prior to this he worked as commercial manager at a software developing company. His professional career started Stefan Lemper after his study of business economics at the Westphalian Wilhelms-University of Münster as consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. There, he focussed strategic and operational projects in the field of technology.
| Lutz Reuter After his longtime international career as consultant, Dipl.-Kfm. Lutz Reuter addresses himself now to the support of start-up companies in Berlin as business angel, supervisory board and consultant. He concentrates on hardware- and software-companies and he is mentor of a bigger group of managers, some of whose went to “his school”.
| Marco Zeller Geschäftsführer IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH Marco Zeller collected, after his apprenticeship at a bank and his study of business sciences, firstly own entrepreneurial experiences as managing director of a young innovative company in the field of music- and advertisement-production. At the Berliner Industriebank AG Berlin, he was employed as facility consultant, before he was appointed 1991 to the “Aufbaustab zur Gründung des Landesförderinstituts Mecklenburg Vorpommern”. Since 1993 Marco Zeller was in responsible positions for credit transactions and risk management at the Investitionsbank Berlin. Since 1997 he managed the business development of the Investitionsbank Berlin and the competition for the business plan Berlin-Brandenburg as director of the Landesbank Berlin. He was significantly involved in the conception and foundation of the IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and is since 2000 exclusively responsible as CEO for the VC fonds Berlin GmbH. Furthermore he is member of different supervisory boards of several technology companies in Berlin.
