Modeling of business processes, resources, and target guidelines with the BPM component of the inubit BPM-Suite is entirely done graphically and compliant to BPMN or UML 2.0.
Modeling of processes, based on activity diagrams, can be done hierarchically in the inubit BPM-Suite. Sub-processes can detail high-level processes. Within processes certain process fragments or processes-parts can be reused, thus enabling standardization and quality assurance.
Furthermore the inubit BPM-Suite enables the entirely integrated modeling of the organizational structure with support of organizational units, roles, leaders and substitutes, as well as persons. Even modeling of multiple organizational structures like matrix, line, etc. with referencing identical model-objects is possible.
In addition the inubit BPM-Suite supports synchronizing organigrams with primary systems like for example Active Directory, LDAP or SAP HR.
The inubit BPM-Suite offers the possibility to link modeled organizational structures to the business processes. Thus the participating persons respectively departments are transparently displayed within the defined business processes.
Non-human resources, which are used, generated or consumed within processes, can be defined over a resource diagram. This also allows the modeling of data models (incl. schema generation) as well as the definition of constraints, which are the basis for a dynamic process planning. The system diagram describes the systems that are referenced within the processes. Internal and external communication channels are documented. Naturally importing existing process models from Aris©, Adonis©, as well as via the standards XMI and BPEL is possible.
