Modeling Business Processes
The Business Process Modeling component of the inubit BPM-Suite provides the tools that are necessary to quickly and easily model as well as optimize processes, organizations, resources and IT systems.
This makes the process flows in your company transparent for staff and management. These process models also form the basis for the technical implementation and are subject to monitoring and continuous improvement at the same time.
The inubit BPM-Suite offers the following options:
- Business process models can be modeled as Business Process Diagrams (BPDs) using the BPMN 2.0 standard.
- Organization Diagrams provide a visual representation of the organization and are used to define organization units, substitutes and other resources.
- System Diagrams depict the IT and service infrastructure. System diagrams can already be used to configure third-party systems and manage partners.
- User can directly adjust the technical execution level by using Business Rules.
- SOA Maps provide visual representation of an SOA structure across multiple organization levels.
- An absolute continuity from top-level processes down to detail processes is guaranteed. The interlinking of models and links to the process execution level ensure comprehensive navigability.
- All versions of the models can be safed centrally.
- Process models can be created in multiple languages.
