inubit takes over the SOA-Governance business of BusinessGlue
New Governance-Solution for corporate SOA/BPM-Rollouts basing on inubit BPM-Suite
Berlin, April 21st 2009 – Today, the inubit AG, leading provider in the field of SOA-based Business Process Management (BPM), announces to take over the SOA-Governance Business of the company BusinessGlue GmbH. With this acquisition inubit will be able to cover the increasing demand on the market with specialized assistance of corporate BPM-Rollouts in the future.
BusinessGlue was founded of the international known textbook authors Dirk Slama and Dirk Krafzig (“Enterprise SOA”). The PlanCentral Framework developed by BusinessGlue combines SOA Best Practices with the Governance-Repository-Technology, and allows customers to control strategic SOA/BPM projects. To their users belong major customers of the Insurance, Telecommunication and Aviation industry.
Dirk Slama, former CEO of BusinessGlue, will take over the division of SOA/BOM Governance Solutions at inubit and he looks forward to the cooperation: ”inubit offers a perfect environment for our Governance-Solutions. The combination with the inubit BPM-Suite as basis of the automation of Governance-Processes establishes an enormous potential”.
