Brancheninitiative Prozessoptimierung (BiPRO e. V.)

The Brancheninitiative Prozessoptimierung (Industry Initiative Process Optimization) was initiated amongst others by the RheinLand Versicherungsgruppe, VHV and further insurances to optimize processes around the insurance industry like for example the communication between brokers and insurances but also by introducing online editing of request forms, etc. It was planned to define and pass standards. BiPRO is now coordinated by the AMC but will exist in the future as an independent organization. The inubit AG is strongly committed within the BiPRO especially with respect to implementing standards via SOA and WebServices based on XML.

Bundesvereinigung Logistik e.V. (German Logistics Association, BVL)

The Bundesvereinigung Logistik (German Logistics Association, BVL) is a neutral platform for logistics executives with about 9.000 members from management levels of industry, trade, services, and science. It gives suggestions and impulses for cross-sector and trendsetting logistic concepts in order to ensure the competetiveness of national and international enterprises.

The BVL is the platform for national and international exchange of ideas and experience among executives by well-established contacts to likewise oriented organizations.

EDNA Initiative e. V.

As a member of the "EDNA-Initiative e.V.", a German association of software suppliers, business consultants, IT service providers, and users within the energy market, inubit got involved as a partner for process automation within the energy market.

EDNA's objective is to bring forward the automation of business processes between business partners in the energy market, to implement existing and new standards for electronic data exchange within software products and to make these standards therewith "purchasable". In parallel, it can be guaranteed via a certification process and an EDNA-quality seal that the IT systems, e.g. process packages of the inubit AG, definitely fulfill defined standards. Due to that the user gets a much higher decision and investment safety since time-consuming programming of interfaces and integration efforts will become redundant. Furthermore, due to automating business processes significant economical potentials will be generated.

GS1 Germany – IT-Dienstleisterkreis

inubit is an active member of the GS1 Germany Solution Provider. The GS1 Germany Solution Provider are in close contact with different working groups of GS1 Germany and contribute to important development and standardization tasks. They have already implemented GS1 standards and recommendations into diverse practical projects. 

GS1 Germany (in former times CCG, Centrale für Coorganisation GmbH) is service provider and competence center for cross-company course of businesses in the German consumer goods industry and its adjacent industrial sectors. GS1 is original founding member of the international EAN-organization, whose standards are implemented today in 129 countries. GS1 Germany is an accredited streamlining association regarding the antitrust law and institution of the standards committee of data- and merchandise traffic, in the consumer goods industry (NDWK) in DIN.

Its regulations regarding the world standards EAN with the identification systems for products, services, locations and packages are important recommendations for optimizing business processes. With EANCOM and supplementary WebEDI and XML standards GS1 created conditions for economization of electronic exchange of business data.

Besides technical standards, process standards with global demand regarding ECR-strategies (Efficient Consumer Response) figure a decisive role. As institution of the ECR Deutschland-Initiative, GS1 works together with different regional and global initiatives. The developed service offers, developed by the GS1, especially the SA2 Worldsync master data portal, got additional international dimensions.

ITA – Information Technology for the Automotive Industry

ITA is an association of companies, which was founded in March 2000 with the objective of enhancing the information flow between automotive manufacturers and their component suppliers on the one hand and IT enterprises on the other hand. The ITA focuses on analyzing the supply chain logistics. Today, more than 60 well-known enterprises of the IT industry are ITA members, which have different core competences. They know the business processes of the automotive industry in detail and they are able to provide IT to the specific needs there or to give consultant support. In 2006, the ITA member companies have generated a turnover of about 135 Billion Euro with roughly 775.000 employees. ITA contributes to international bodies and workgroups, e. g. ODETTE (Organisation for Data Exchange by Tele-Transmission in Europe), AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) and OAGi (Open Applications Group). This way, know-how and expertise is transferred, national and European interests are represented and, above all, IT-based processes in the automotive industry can be implemented more transparent and efficient.

The goal of our membership in the ITA is to support current projects and participate actively in process definitions. And, we would like to deliver an early insight into newest developments to our customers in the automotive and logistics industry. Thus, our customers gain certainty to be able to react fast to changing demands and hence get a high investment security and they are well prepared for the future by using up-to-date process solutions. Versicherungsforen Leipzig – Gesellschaft für angewandte Versicherungswissenschaft mbH

The Versicherungsforen Leipzig – Gesellschaft für angewandte Versicherungswissenschaft mbH (Association for Applied Insurance Sciences) are a spin-off of the University of Leipzig and represent a bridge between insurance sciences and insurance practice. They act as knowledge service provider for the assurance and support specialists and executive staff from insurance companies in developing further expertise and in practice-oriented experience exchange via topic-oriented user groups, symposia, and seminars and via the platform versicherungsforen.net.

The Versicherungsforen Leipzig are obliged to science as well as to the practical request to develop and provide knowledge in an application-oriented way. The focuses are on topics which:

Xinnovations e. V. is a cooperation of companies and institutions being active within the field of internet-based business and communications processes. This cooperation arose from the former xmlcity:berlin e. V..

It is the aim of this cooperation to establish an cross-regional competence center for net-based information technologies and applications in Berlin.
