inubit Modeling Center: Modeling and Documentation of Processes, Handling Approvals
The inubit Modeling Center supports companies in order to document their processes in an ISO compliant way in the Workbench and the Enterprise Portal. Out of these models (House of Processes) a manual can be set up flexibly. In addition, the inubit Modeling Center allows to simulate processes in order to discover bottlenecks and weaknesses in the designed processes.
The inubit Modeling Center also allows to carry out standard governance processes such as approvals alongside the models. To this end, the Solution Build+ is delivered which supports the entire project team with the reuse of tried and tested models and patterns. Persons responsible profit from a high degree of pre-configuration, standardized models and an easy maintenance.
Designing process models in a collaborative way
- Develop your process models web-based and in a collaborative way - jointly with other process participants
- The user interface of the WebModeler can be operated intuitively and allows business users to design processes on their own
- Thanks to the integrated validation function no deep knowledge of the BPMN 2.0 standard is required. The system notifies the user in case the process model is not compliant with the standard.
Simulation of process models - how efficient is your process?
- Process models can be designed in the inubit Workbench, tasks can be connected to personnel resources via link to the respective person or role in the organizational chart and be enriched with meda data. On the basis of such comprehensive process models the simulation can be started.
- The simulation allows you to test how efficient your process really is. Potential personnel bottlenecks are displayed or more efficient ways to implement your resources are suggested.
- This allows you to validate your process with regard to practicability already before technical implementation and thereby saves time and costs.
Transparent processes and documentation at the touch of a button
- Business process models and organizational charts can be published via the inubit Process Viewer in the inubit Enterprise Portal, which can be used as Intranet. This insures the necessary transparency - all staff involved get insight into the company's processes
- In addition, you can export a singular process or the entirety of all defined models as process model report. The result is a PDF document which can also be used for certification projects.
