As an important element of the Lisbon Strategy the European Parliament passed in 2006 the requirements regarding the implementation of the EU Service Guideline. The challenge now is to implement these guidelines by December 2009. Many different specialized administrative procedures and a very heterogeneous IT landscape in public authorities, at national but also at international level, are the biggest obstacles when implementing those requirements. A process oriented proceeding is going to be indispensable.
In order to implement a communication compliant to all provisions of law and preferably free of media breaks, inubit offers with the Suite standard software, integrating existing specialized administrative procedures into a service-oriented architecture, but also an integrated portal server, guaranteeing access to information from innumerable data sources.
Besides the necessary offer of information, basic services and references, this portal provides all essential mechanisms to process application procedures and transfederal communication free of media breaks and completely electronically.

"inubit not only offered a powerful technology, but also a broad technical knowledge – this was decisive for the success of our project and the timely realization of the state solution."
