Electronic Signature

With the inubit process packages for the electronic signature, solutions are available for companies, which already include all processes for receiving (inbound) as well as for sending (outbound) signed documents.

Automation of Signature Processes

The inubit process packages for embedding the electronic signature into processes, under consideration of all legal regulations und general conditions, enable electronic mass signature of all electronic messages, independent of the used IT systems.

The electronic signature and the optional encryption on the sender's side, the verification of the signature and the optional decryption on the receiver's side, as well as the filing in a connected archive system with links to each corresponding document – all of these elements are provided preconfigured by the inubit process packages and are therewith quickly and cost effectively applicable in the company.

Based on the inubit Suite these inubit solutions allow the trouble-free integration of the electronic signature into most different system landscapes. In addition the numerous system connectors support a multitude of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, Axapta) up to self-developed systems (data exchange via flat-files). This also applies for different archive systems.

Therewith inubit provides the flexible realization of all scenarios inclusive the legally regulated archiving of used signatures, independent of used formats and protocols. Thanks to the implicit documentation of processes, companies are also legally safe and can implement GOBS-, GDPdU- and SOX-compliant processes.

By employing the electronic signature using the inubit Suite, not only legal requirements are met. Processes can be designed more efficiently and realized with measurable cost advantages.
